We are Pascha and Jessica, co-founders of BASH Studios.

Event Director Pascha brings over 12 years of expertise working with leading fashion, luxury and lifestyle brands, including renowned agency Fiona Leahy Design. She has orchestrated multimillion-pound parties around the world, exclusive Fashion Week parties and dinners in London, Paris and New York, international press and influencer trips, and intimate dinner gatherings for high-net-worth individuals, all known for their impeccable detail and memorable impact.

Creative Director Jessica has a distinguished background in fashion and beauty events, including work with Harvey Nichols and Fiona Leahy Design, where she crafted bespoke experiences for luxury brands and high-profile clients. With nearly 80,000 followers on her fashion and lifestyle Instagram, @jessicagarlandblake, Jessica combines a sharp creative eye with deep social media savvy, positioning her as a leading creative in the luxury event space.
